If you're using image maps and need to make them responsive, there's a jquery lib that will recalculate the coordinates when the browser resizes:

by creating an image hotspot check this site for a quick way to generate the code - http://www.html-map.com/ I used to use Dreamweaver for that years ago it may still have that ability.
