Yes, I have seen treadmill desks at Microsoft. Personally, I use a standing desk, that is super valuable. I have a small balance pad (foam pad) that I stand on. This is super comfy and you can use it to train your balance a bit.

Treadmill sounds like a good idea, but I don't think I'd be happy with it long-term.
