What do I need to know before I can apply for remote jobs ?
I have applied for countless jobs and it seems like many of them don't come through. Can you please let me know what tools I need to know, or what principles I need to master or what my C.V has to look like so I can get this jobs
I'd say invest time more in 'internal references' rather than online application simply because online application became a place where everyone lies to each other.
The HR managers drop a list of assets that they know nothing about and would take easily 2x human life span to master.
In response, the candidates bloat their CV with languages and other stuff. You'd almost think each of them is a Steve Wozniak.
I suggest you to make a list of companies that you want to work with. And then try to make internal, personal connections there. That usually has a much higher chance to work. Because 'algorithms' will just eliminate your online application even before it has a chance to reach a human..
