I would pay for none. If the game is good I would just buy it, and I am also expecting it not to have ads.
How about Quality!
I do not like the unbounded nature of the freeium pricing model (same is true for the subscription model). I am willing to pay a higher, one-time price for a good game or even for DLC, but as a matter of principle I will not pay for the small but unbounded loot packs or coin packs of freeium games.
I'm surprised that more mobile game developers chose the freeium model over the single-purchase pricing model that works for dedicated gaming platforms.

As a gamer, here is my opinion:
Ads? What ads? AdBlocker ftw.
Yes, now we're talking. Advanced features might be access to dungeons, regions, shops, cosmetics (dances, character models, skins, advanced menus, etc.)
Pay to win? I would not even play such a game. People who have to pay to win are the worst, and games which support such behavior are even lower than that. Paying for cosmetics: ok, paying for powerups: not ok.
Depends on the game, but might be ok. Could be a turn-off for people who do not want to pay or do not have the money.
