I expect that the AI will become mainstream in next few years. Not necessarily strong AI. But it is already at an impressive level and it will grow fast. We have the tendency to underestimate the power of the exponential function. But I think, once is out there, we will see progress at first, then more progress a lot faster, then the progress will be so fast we won't be able to notice it anymore.
3 things. AI, AI and AI. In fact it already started so it's not like a prediction.
You don't think it's still about jobs? If not then it's about being single person company, call it micro-companies.
I think user annoyances will obsolete, like Google is about to deprecate captchas to the user.
Security is already a focus, I think it will gain more focus as cyber crime has become mainstream. Also bug bounties is becoming more common.
I don't think talk to action will be common, I think that's too annoying to most people, but speech help might be more common as it's being interested to browsers.
