Whom do you like to work with?

There are a lot of people with whom we work. I am classifying them into passive, assertive and aggressive people with the following traits.

Passive people

They just do their work
They don't talk much, sometimes avoiding meetings

Assertive people

They do their work but demo their work
They talk just about right
They don't like things like sarcastic jokes or bad humor
They may escalate issues too quickly

Aggressive people

They constantly sell themselves, sometimes very valuable to the company
They talk quite a bit and enjoy showtime in meetings
They usually have a wrong sense of entitlement

This is just my classification. Please feel free to add more comments about the kind of people who you love / dislike at workplace.

Well, they should be willing to correct me if I'm wrong, or give alternative suggestions, so not too passive.

A little directness is okay, but can't really stand arrogant people - I like to be the only one with an inflated ego :-)

Curious is useful too.

I like to leave this people-personality stuff to managers though, they're better at it than me.

I like a balance between 'stables and volatiles'.

I am assertive ... and I love dark humor and sarcasm ...

I remember a workshop on True colors: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TrueColors(personality) methodology. I am originally an ORANGE, but have to pretend to be a GOLD due to circumstances :)

Milica Maksimović INTP but also I find some descriptions of ENTP very fitting :D also ISTP has some correlations and my girlfriend made me an INFP because we were curious how we see each other :D ....

Honestly I can do with some Assertive, I would be frustrated with Passive and probably annoyed and angry at Aggressive. What I want to work with is Passionate people who like what they are doing and not because of money or any other satisfaction and can be 1,000% focused on it.

Yes, passive people are passionate with coding ... And aggressive people are passionate with meetings :) Not sure what assertive people are passionate about!

Per your description they sound very plain :P
