After I wake up I feel like my brain is simply like a sponge. In the next 1 hour I can learn more easily and I can think out of the box instantly. Why is that happening and is there a way to stay in this state?
Add power naps to your schedule.
Your brain seems like the kind that needs some rest before it can work full-on on a problem. If you can, nap a bit when you feel you get out of the flow.
If it is not possible, do something totally unrelated for 15-20 minutes. Your employer may object, but for them it is actually irrelevant why you don’t work. If doing something unrelated helps you to do another hour in the flow, they may understand and give you some other tasks to do.
Everybodies different. Many of the projects I work on are incredibly complex. It takes hours to download intricate understanding of the code and the problem into my brain, and then I have a few hours of very high productivity before the race to exhaustion sets in. When I restart the process the next day, I start without the deep understanding that enabled high productivity and have to be careful not to try to do too much until I once again have that full comprehension of what I am doing.

Every day I'm a creative person. Every other day I'm a technical person.
Your brain makes up 2% of your body weight but uses 20% of your body's energy. I'm not sure if the stat is 100% correct, but it should remind you that your brain needs resources just like the rest of your body.
