God damnit, that is amazing response. I need to finish my shift, get home, sit down, pull the pen and paper and write these things, because you are so detailed and good in explaining and answering, that i simply cannot just skim this. Hey Marco! It seems that we are namesakes, that is awesome! Thank you for detailed and to-the-point answer. I have a lot of IT friends that shared similar views like yours, but they are from Serbia - i wanted to see how IT world outside of Serbia thinks. I am sorry that you had bad experience. I really hope that we(recruiters) will change the way we approach all clients.
