Sorry for the late reply! I would get 2 letters from the current company then and 1 other letter from your professor in uni

We are in the same boat. I would suggest emphasizing how you changed your work and study attitude since graduation in your statement of purpose. Ideally, with proof (speak at conferences, finish several courses online, get in contact with your previous professors and try to publish a paper). Good luck!
