I have problem with Relay-Modern react-js

Would I be locking myself by using Relay for state management?

From what I gather, Relay doesn’t give you control over the contents of the Store. Would it be more difficult to move from Relay to another state management library, in the future; in comparison to moving from Redux/MobX to Relay?
